I did not arrive at artificial intelligence by trend. I arrived by the same path as always: projects that had to be delivered, organizations that had to be transformed and people that had to be prepared.
Faith and purpose
The foundation
My faith is not a separate chapter from my work: it is the foundation of everything. It is the reason I understand knowledge as stewardship and leadership as service. Everything I have, everything I do not have and everything I will have, everything I have been, everything I am and everything I will be, I owe to the grace and mercy of my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
The story
From construction blueprint to transformation map
I started as a civil engineering graduate, working on construction projects. From there I continued with helmet and blueprints as a project manager, learning that a project is measured not only in time, budget and scope: it is measured in the value it adds to the people who receive it. That conviction led me to manage portfolios of more than $700 million in complex works.
In parallel, I served Puerto Rico voluntarily in the State Guard for two decades, up to the rank of Colonel. There I confirmed something no certification teaches: character is the foundation of everything.
When artificial intelligence began to transform our organizations, I understood that we were facing the greatest project of our generation. That is what I dedicate this stage to: that AI is adopted with judgment, responsibility and the person at the center.
