Who I am
Technology with sense. Leadership with purpose.
I am a civil engineer by training, a project manager by vocation and an educator by conviction. For more than twenty years I have led projects and programs with a managed portfolio of more than $700 million, served my Island up to the rank of Colonel in the Puerto Rico State Guard, and accompanied organizations in Puerto Rico, the United States and Latin America in their transformation processes.
Today I dedicate that experience to a single purpose: that artificial intelligence is adopted with judgment, governance and people at the center.
